Stop believing your bullshit Due Date

Honestly, we say this because we care.

Stop believing your estimated due date and start believing that it takes however long it takes to grow and nurture a human being.

Providing there are no real medical concerns or complications, it is just likely that your baby just isn’t ready to be born!

By having this belief, you are already closing the doors to SO many unnecessary interventions.

There is a 4% chance your baby will arrive on their estimated due date…..and a 50% chance of you baby being here by 40 + 5 weeks…. lastly, there’s a whopping 75% chance that you will be holding the little baldy by 41 weeks and 2 days.

Providing there are no signs of compromise, the best option often is to allow nature to take it’s course!

A few things you might want to consider:

• How long your parent and/or siblings gestated for

• How many babies you carrying

• How YOU feel about continuing with your pregnancy

The bottom line is - it’s highly unlikely that an induction of labour is necessary just because you have gone past your estimated due date…
